Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Gezana, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Use of Service
Gezana is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You must be at least 12 years old to use this Service. By using Gezana, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property
Our Property: The Gezana application, including its design, code, features, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property, is owned exclusively by TGLO Labs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service or included software without our written permission.
Your Content: You retain ownership of any original content you input into the Service. By using Gezana, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely to provide the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Responses generated by our AI service are provided for your personal use. You may use AI-generated outputs for lawful purposes, but you acknowledge that: (a) similar outputs may be generated for other users; (b) AI outputs are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or free from errors; and (c) you are solely responsible for how you use any AI-generated content.
Subscriptions and Payments
Gezana offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing systems, with subscription management handled by RevenueCat.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's App Store or Play Store settings.
- Refunds are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
General Prohibitions:
- Any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Harassment, abuse, threats, or hate speech directed at any individual or group
- Impersonating any person, entity, or falsely claiming affiliation with any organization
- Violating the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
- Distributing malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm systems or users
AI-Specific Prohibitions:
- Attempting to bypass, manipulate, or circumvent AI safety filters or content moderation systems ("jailbreaking")
- Using prompt injection or other techniques to extract system instructions, manipulate AI behavior, or access unauthorized functionality
- Generating illegal content, including but not limited to: child exploitation material, instructions for violence or terrorism, or content that violates applicable laws
- Using AI outputs to create deepfakes, impersonate real individuals, or spread misinformation
- Automated or bulk usage, scraping, or programmatic access without explicit written permission
- Using AI responses as authoritative medical, legal, financial, or professional advice without independent verification by qualified professionals
- Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting AI-generated content without authorization
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Abuse of the Service or other users
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Requests from law enforcement or government agencies
- Extended periods of inactivity
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support@gezana.app.
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including features, functionality, or content, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
AI Disclaimer
Third-party cloud AI service. Prompts sent for responses. No training on your data. Not med/legal advice. Verify outputs. No liability for errors.
AI-generated responses are based on patterns in training data and may contain inaccuracies, biases, or outdated information. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for important decisions. TGLO Labs is not responsible for any actions taken based on AI-generated content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF ANY CONTENT, INCLUDING AI-GENERATED RESPONSES. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TGLO LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or data corruption
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Personal injury or property damage
- Any damages arising from AI-generated content or your reliance thereon
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) FIFTY POUNDS STERLING (£50).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TGLO Labs, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Service
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom, except where prohibited by applicable law.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
General Provisions
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and TGLO Labs regarding your use of the Service.
No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by TGLO Labs.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
Force Majeure: TGLO Labs shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, government actions, power failures, internet or telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages.
